Are you thinking of buying an apartment....... Chateau Panorama Kosharitsa Sunny Beach area.
	Author : Chris Denton-Powell (---.range86-178.btcentralplus.com)  posts : 5 Date : 11-03-11 16:15 Up until September 2008 buying an apartment in Sunny Beach area was a mere formality, deposits paid, buildings completed and everyone well reasonably happy. THEN CAME November 2008 this is when we had just signed for a nice apartment 50% built and on going works to be completed the following year! So what could go wrong when so many had purchased without problems in the past! The British pound fell out of the sky finishing almost at parity to the Euro and the world recession hit. The knock on effect we all know. Most building construction in and around Sunny Beach are still at a stand still. Our apartment in a residential complex of 56 was at the time called Almond Gardens. The complex was with British Investors! To cut a long story short they became financially embarrassed, word for broke! We felt fortunate that one of the co-share holders who had a 25% share in the original company took over the investment, so maybe there will be light at the end of this long dark tunnel. Its now almost into our 4th year waiting. We are elderly and had used our hard earned savings for what we thought was a relaxing few years left enjoying the views over Kosharitsa towards Sunny Beach and beyond. We can only hope that one day it will be finished and if we are to elderly then it will be something for our Children and grandchildren to enjoy. I guess the moral of this story is to buy only when it is SEEN to be complete. Seen with your own eyes before paying any payments. CV

Having caused some embarrassment, and perhaps now seeing a concentrated effort to complete this complex this coming year 2012 by the main developer and investor, I have decided to remove the offending first video (with apologies) I have now uploaded in place of the original video a more enthusiastic video showing recent construction works with a view to finishing mid 2012. Further to this are some additional pictures of Old Nesebar, and a Bulgarian evening’s entertainment in Kosharitsa. I thank you all for your kind comments and maybe we might just be able to enjoy Chateau Panorama for a few of our senior years to come! New Video 19-12-2011
