Hello again!
Another question if you please ... this will sound very stupid of me but is my email confirmation of booking the hotel all I need when I check in. I'm just wondering as it doesn't seem overly detailed, I thought maybe they would send an official letter or something??

You should have a 6 digit Ref Number beginning with 8

if you booked over the inter net go to balkan site look at manage my booking we booked ours this way and paid for it es well like the insider said you should have a ref number beginnig with 8

I just print off eveyrthing all the payments, any email theyve sent just in case Very Happy
