Been to Sunny Beach several times and in my opinion this was the worst hotel i've stayed in. Room was dirty on arrival, hardly any hot water when wanting to shower, went on B&B basis and couldnt even get a decent drink in the mornings, freezing cold coffee and watered down juice. Room never cleaned during our stay either. I do hope this has improved for when you visit

You have made a good choice in booking the polyusi...I have stayed there many times and have always enjoyed it...Great pool area and a real sun trap...also close to beach and the centre...It is an old hotel (also called the severyug) but one of the most popular in Sunny Beach...
