Its been a very long wait lots of delays but have been informed it will be ready end of this year. We have visited last September and it looked to be well underway and build seemed to be of good quality. Whats everbody elses thoughts and opinions. Can anyone recommend a good furniture company? You will find a shop in Nesebar new town, it is ulitsa Edelweis and the first bus stop there. If you want to go to the Helios furniture market, it is in Pomorie, near the monastery, bus stop new town. http://www.furniturehelios.com/gallery.html At the highflight magazine of Sofia airport we red, that they are selling Sunny Day 6 properties at 290,00 Euro per square meter, rediculous. (87.246.8.---) posts : 475 Date : 08-26-11 07:13 I agree Helios is probably the best place to get your furniture, There are a lot of owners on this site who have bought in Sunny Days 6, the only negative thing that I have heard is that the shuttle bus did not run this summer, but I could be wrong. Also I would check that if you do not use them for your furniture there is a charge for the company to deliver onto the complex and I believe it is quite high, but again I cant confirm this, so worth checking. |

The shuttle bus has been running from sunny day 6 for the last 8 weeks it started the second week in june it only runs in the busy months. Its a bit unfair for the people who go out in the quieter months. There has always been a charge to to company who delivers furniture i think its about 200 levs it was because some companys were damaging the properties inside and outside the buildings and there was a dispute over who caused the damage so someone has to pay to repair the damage. The complex was coming on good when we were over in june we are back again for 3 weeks on the 3rd september looking forward to it.My Daughter has been over for the last two weeks she said that it was really busy be better next year when we have the trade centre up and running.x |

You will be pleased with what you see when you come through. |
