Average price was 17 levs a square meter. The insulation underneath is around 1 lev a meter. Skirtings around 2 levs per piece ( 3 meter lenght). I was buying for a bedroom, 14 square meters. The total for flooring, insulation, skirting, corner and end pieces - 300 levs. they also offer fitting but don't know the price as I am doing it myself. Hope this helps, Steve.
