Location: Palace Hotel is located on the beach at Sunny Day Black sea resort. The hotel is easily accessible from the main road coming from Varna city. Varna International Airport is just 15 km away from the hotel.

Accommodation: The hotel features 89 rooms, 34 suites and 2 presidential suites. The guestrooms offer air-conditioner, phone, satellite TV, mini-bar, bathtub, hairdryer, balcony, sea or park view

Bars and restaurants: The main restaurant offers buffet breakfast and a la carte service, dishes from the European and Bulgarian cuisine. The hotel also offers a fish restaurant and a hall, suitable for holding business dinners and cocktails.
The cocktail bar is with a huge terrace, overlooking the seashore.

Conference facilities: The Conference centre offers 3 halls with seating capacity for 20 – 230 persons. They are equipped with technical facilities such as direct and special lighting, rostrum, stage, film projection facilities, TV broadcasting, acoustic facilities, visual and audio facilities, overhead projector, video screen, video wall, slide projector, poster boards, telephone, xerox, fax, central heating, simultaneous and consecutive translation facilities.

SPA centre: The modern SPA center offers diverse programs for treating disorders of nervous and locomotory systems, pulmonary and cardiovascular disturbances, massages, reflex and laser therapy, aroma-therapy, thalassotherapy, various baths, remedial gymnastics, etc.

  I would rate this hotel as a 2 star or less. The only thing that was good about this hotel was the dinning room and bar staff. Food was luke warm, not enough choice, same soggy mixed veg every evening. Room was not cleaned every day. Same bed sheets all week, Towels changed twice a week, One bath and one hand towels each. Had to ask at reception for toilet rolls. Also I took one off the cleaners trolley because we ran out again. Bathroom could do with a deep clean. Will not be back.

  Had a fab time. Everyone who works at the hotel are so nice and helpful. And. I forgot my hearing aid!! Left it in the room!! Sob! Love you all. X

  this hotel was a pleasure to stay at, i stayed here for 2wks at end of sept 2011. the staff are very hard working both the cleaners and the restaurant and bar staff wotking very long hours for little pay. on first arriving at hotel i read a "comments" book which had the most damming remarks i thought oh no what have i come to off course it was all rubbish there wasnt anything me or the rest of my party couldnt eat the only comment i have is that the severy part is not large enough for he number of people staying at any one time

  This hotel is gradually turning into a rathole. I have been staying there every year since 1999. The food hasn't changed a bit - same menu. The service has become much worse since a new manager came. The housekeeping department personnel do not want to work: they used to finish cleaning rooms shortly after breakfast was over. Now it's usual if they knock on your door at 5 pm and say: Izvinyamo, cleaning! They changed bed linen every day a few years ago. Now - once every 3 or 4 days! There's something wrong with toilets in all the hotel - it's stinking with shit!!! No compensation for that. The waiters go around in dirty clothes. No entertainment is provided for children any more. No bellboys any more! Enough is enough! No more Palace! IT'S NOT A 5-STAR HOTEL ANY MORE!!! THEY SAVE ON EVERYTHING AT GUESTS' EXPENSE!

  come back after spending 2weeks at palace hotel and staff great food rotten had to eat out most of the time. it was cold and undercooked.

  I don't know who wrote the official review for this hotel but they've either never been there or are on a different planet. Admittedly there is a beautiful reception and pool area but there is absolutely no other facilities in this hotel. the staff are surly and the meals consist of barely warm inferior cuts of meat with no proper veg or trimmings to accompany it! Had to eat out to get a decent meal. DON'T GO!!!

  The Palace hotel:- The Hotel was so clean and the room's were basic but nice. The food was really good, and the service was second to none and the staff were so polite and helpful WE WILL BE BACK NEXT YEAR
